Information we collect

When you submit a workflow audit or venture early-access form, we collect the information you provide. Venture forms collect your email, role, company or team, intended use, an optional product-specific volume detail, consent time, and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier. Do not submit uploaded-document contents, property addresses, banking data, manuscript text, or confidential records through these forms.

DocketReady payment data

Stripe collects and processes payment-card and billing information for DocketReady subscriptions. Apptillion does not store card numbers. We retain the customer email and Stripe customer, subscription, price, invoice, and payment-status identifiers needed to administer access, billing, cancellation, fraud prevention, and support.

How we use your information

We use submitted information to respond, evaluate early-access demand, understand product use cases, and communicate about the specific service you requested. We do not sell your information. Form values and email addresses are never sent to analytics.

RoundJoy account and payment data

For RoundJoy, we collect the account email, group name, and score or recap data you choose to save. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information; Apptillion does not store card numbers. We retain Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status identifiers only to provide access, manage billing, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored securely via Supabase, a managed database service. We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any ongoing service relationship.

Cookies and analytics

Venture previews ask for permission before loading Google Analytics. If you allow it, we measure page, demo, pricing, and qualified-lead events using the product slug and hostname. We disable Google signals and ad-personalization signals in the site tag. You may decline analytics and still use the preview and early-access form.

You may request deletion of any information you have submitted by contacting us at hello@apptillion.com.
